WELCOME TO YOUR TRIAL SESSION!


This session is designed to assess your current physical health and fitness levels and to help you determine your personal health and fitness goals.


We will begin with a short health screening to find out more about your current health and physical activity level. We will also discuss your nutrition information, food habits, and meal plans. Finally, we will go over your health and fitness goals and set realistic targets.


During the trial session, I will also take you through a few basic exercises to assess your current fitness level. This will allow us to determine your strengths and weaknesses and create a training program tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Once we have those figured out we can begin to discuss long-term fitness goals and create a plan for how to achieve those goals.
